Human Energy and the Sounds

The research work and practices carried out by J. Tomás Zeberio on the influence of sound in the sensitive areas of the human body have allowed him to establish that, by means of a gradual and controlled application of sounds and music, the development and enrichment of the corporal energies is favored. The Energophony System constitutes an exclusively pragmatic training. Its purpose is the progressive elimination of energy blockages that prevent the harmonious development of the personality.
This gymnastics system comprises three periods which are completed in three consecutive years. The first year is preparatory; during the second, the gymnastics is performed with carefully chosen music. In the third, the exercises for ‘self-unblocking’ are complemented with vegetal and marine energies.
The principle that governs this system is revolutionary and completely unprecedented. It is true that music has been used since ancient times as a complement to physical exercises, either as a mere accompaniment or to create a state of serenity; however in this system it has an active role and its use is the result of a rigorous mechanism. It regains its Pythagorean prestige as an exact science since it combines different chamber, choral music, and some sounds, depending on the case, together with an appropriate mental disposition, a position of the body and the adequate respiratory rhythm: its aim is the unblocking and development of the organism.
