Every form of life is a vibration, an energy in permanent evolution. The human being is also an
energetic manifestation and can evolve limitlessly” (sic) extracted from “Human Energy and
Sounds” by J. T. Zeberio.

Energophony, Zeberio system

As early as the 11th century, St. Hildegard von Bingen, a Church doctor, wrote about the “healing power of music.”

J. Tomás Zeberio, in his quest to promote the biological-energetic development of the human being, observed that each organ’s energetic component had a frequency (expressed in ‘vibratons’), psychology, color, and rhythm.

The functions of vital organs are often hindered by internal energies – environmental frequencies and/or emotional states – which impede the harmonious development of the personality.

J. Tomás Zeberio studied the role that music plays in sensitive areas of the human body and observed that a gradual and controlled application of certain music genres (chamber, choral, etc.), together with an appropriate mental disposition, body position, and proper breathing rhythm, produces organic mobilization that progressively eliminates self-blocking or foreign energies. The goal is organic and mental development for a better quality of life.

Based on this research, Prof. Zeberio created a system which he called Energophony (Gr. Phoneia: quality of sound). Its purpose is to prevent somatization and regain organic autonomy in order to free the mental part. Through knowledge, the human being can evolve and achieve wisdom.

Exercises with Botany and the Sea

Professor J. Tomás Zeberio discovered that the internal energy of certain trees and plants, along with oxygen and other elements, forms a kind of laboratory under the influence of solar pressure, and its effect persists until the sun ceases its action on Earth. This generates a centrifugal movement that allows the metabolized and processed energy of these elements to be expelled outward in the form of gaseous vapor.

Based on these discoveries, he developed a system of exercises to be practiced alongside these trees or plants.

Through bodily postures combined with specific breathing, human beings can extract the aforementioned substances and introduce them into the corresponding part of their body.

This approach is complemented by working with the energies of the sea. The combination of both the vegetal and marine energies enriches both the biological and energetic aspects of the body. This system is detailed and illustrated in the book “Human Energy and Sounds” by J. T. Zeberio.
